Our primary focus and specialty is "in-fill" sites in urban parts of major metro areas and repositioning of distressed properties. With our ability to respond expeditiously to market trends and opportunities, coupled with our access to equity capital and financing sources, we have maintained a steady growth while creating unique projects. We closely manage all aspects of our developments from site location, entitlements, planning and construction to marketing, leasing, sales and management.

Our recent projects include additions and renovations to a multi-building retail and office "village" in Long Beach, California, renovations to prime single family residences and new construction of an exclusive estate in Southern California. In the past ten years we have completed nearly one hundred million dollars in new construction and remodeling/repositioning  of distressed property in California, New Mexico and Colorado.

Projects for the near future would be primarily at or near major metropolitan centers in California, Nevada and Arizona. These would include re-positioning of existing community and neighborhood centers, specialty office and retail projects in select urban centers as well as select single and multi-family residential projects. We are actively seeking opportunities with sound fundamentals, and are able to close deals expeditiously without debt financing.
